We want you to be completely satisfied with Kariel. For the current macOS release, refund handling follows the Mac App Store process.
1. macOS (Mac App Store) Purchases
Purchases made directly within the macOS application are processed and managed entirely by Apple. As developers, we do not have the technical ability to process, manage, or issue refunds for Mac App Store transactions. To request a refund for a Mac purchase, you must use Apple’s official system:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID.
- Select “Request a refund” and choose Kariel from your list of purchases.
