You can also send suggestions and bug reports directly from Kariel’s in-app Help Center. Public suggestion voting is planned for a future release; for now, approved ideas are reviewed privately by the Kariel team.
When you contact support, it helps to include:
- your macOS version
- your Kariel version
- a short description of what happened
- a screenshot or screen recording, if relevant
Billing Support
For purchases through the Mac App Store, Apple manages billing, subscriptions, and invoices. Please check your Apple ID account settings or contact Apple Support for payment inquiries.
